أرسل من بريدك المسجّل إلى 36soalapp@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب 36 سؤال». نحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة خلال 30 يوماً. تجميد الحساب لا يُعد حذفاً.
من نحن
تطبيق 36 سؤال لعبة مسابقات جماعية على تلفاز أندرويد، نقدّمها عبر 36soal.com. نجمع أقل بيانات لازمة لتشغيل الحساب واللعب والدعم.
ما الذي نجمعه
- الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال عند إنشاء الحساب أو ربط التلفاز.
- كلمة المرور بشكل مشفّر، ورمز ربط الجهاز بين الجوال والتلفاز.
- رصيد الألعاب، سجل المباريات، وأسماء الفرق التي تحفظها.
- عند شراء باقة من Google Play: غوغل يعالج الدفع. نستلم تأكيد الشراء لإضافة الألعاب لحسابك. لا نخزّن رقم بطاقتك ولا بيانات الدفع الكاملة.
ما الذي لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي، جهات الاتصال، الصور، الميكروفون، أو الكاميرا.
- لا نستخدم إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل إعلاني، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
- التطبيق يطلب إذن الإنترنت فقط.
لماذا نستخدمها
- إنشاء الحساب وتشغيله وربطه بالتلفاز.
- حفظ الرصيد والألعاب وإعادة التشغيل.
- الدعم الفني ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال.
المشاركة والأطراف الثالثة
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعطيها لمعلنين. قد تُعالَج البيانات لدى مزوّدين يشغّلون الخدمة فقط: استضافة السيرفر، وGoogle Play لمعالجة الشراء. لا نشارك البيانات إلا إذا طلب القانون ذلك.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا وصلنا حساب لطفل، نحذفه عند التنبيه.
الاحتفاظ والأمان
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الحساب نشطاً. بعد طلب الحذف نزيل البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب. قد نحتفظ بسجل محدود إذا فرض القانون أو منع الاحتيال ذلك، ونوضّح السبب عند الطلب. نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً ونقيّد الوصول للحسابات.

Email 36soalapp@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete 36 Soal account”. We delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days. Freezing an account is not deletion.
Who we are
36 Soal is a group quiz app for Android TV, offered at 36soal.com. We collect only the data needed to run your account, gameplay, and support.
Data we collect
- Name, email, and phone number when you create an account or pair a TV.
- Hashed password and the device pairing code between phone and TV.
- Game credits, match history, and saved team names.
- If you buy a pack on Google Play, Google processes payment. We receive purchase confirmation to add games to your account. We do not store your card number or full payment details.
Data we do not collect
- We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
- We do not show ads, use advertising analytics, or sell your data.
- The app only needs internet permission.
How we use data
- To create and run your account and pair it with a TV.
- To keep credits, games, and replay history.
- For support and to prevent abuse or fraud.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data may be processed only by service providers that run the product, such as our hosting provider and Google Play for purchases. We share data if required by law.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn an account belongs to a child, we delete it.
Retention and security
We keep data while the account is active. After a deletion request we remove associated personal data. Limited records may be kept if required by law or to prevent fraud. We use encrypted connections and restrict account access.
